Each good hotel must obviously have a good restaurant. We do follow this rule in Tumski Hotel, yet we have developed it to be presented in a perfect version, from the most important thing in this place – wonderful and excellent cuisine and charming interior to the most competent and qualified staff. Let’s not forget the breathless panorama of the Vistula River, which can be admired from the restaurant windows or, when the wheather is fine, from the big balcony, where the dishes are also served. It is a place full of guests since the very first rays of a spring sun as everybody wants to savour our delicious dishes and see the endless expanses of the Vistula Valley.
We invite you for an extraordinary journey to the world of Polish and Mediterranean cuisine. Every dish prepared in our restaurant is a master composition of tastes, aromas and fragrances created under the outstanding artist tutelage. Our chef, Mr Maciej Chetkowski cares personally for the highest quality and freshness of ingredients. Lemon emulsions, buttery potatoes, cheese flakes, herbs leaves... the world of new sensations waits for you!
The Restaurant is open from noon to eleven o’clock in the evening. Breakfast is served at the Patio from 6:30 to 10:30.
